M Klein & Sons Folding Hawkbill Electrician Utility Pocket Knife

For your consideration is a M. Klein & Sons hawkbill folding electrician's utility knife. Knife is roughly 4" long when folded shut. I am not sure the exact age of this but it is definitely older.
