Wusthof Classic Ikon knives feature a distinctive, double bolster design for professional-style heft, exceptional balance and beauty. The handle is made of a highly durable synthetic material Polyoxymethylene (POM) which has a tighter molecular structure to resist fading and discoloration. The elegant shape of the handle is designed for a comfortable grip. The Classic Ikon 4 1/2" Utility Knife is smaller than a cooks knife but larger than a paring knife, making it the perfect knife for magnitude of tasks. A utility knife is much like a versatile paring knife and is perfect for mincing shallots, onions and herbs as well as cutting vegetables or cutting small meats.

Returns
We want you to be happy with the items you buy, if you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange or a refund (excluding shipping charges).
All returns must be unused and in the original manufacturers packaging. To return an item, submit a return request through your ebay account. Any returns shipped to our warehouse without a return authorization will be refused and sent back. Any returns of orders that originally received free shipping will have the actual shipping costs deducted from the refund. We recommend shipping your returns back with a trackable shipping method such as UPS or FedEx Ground.
All returns will be inspected and processed within 3 business days of receipt.
